John Charnock speaks at the Skillnet breakfast briefing in Dublin.

His presentation challenged the attendees 6 things to consider in 2015.

The discussion created debate and discussion about how businesses can improve what they do.

The 6 subjects were:

2. Sell the “Why”

3. Sweating your assets

4. Defining the personality of the business

5. Systemise what you do

6 . Be innovative

The session  suggested the attendees  think differently about what they do and how they run their businesses. There was lots of debate and discussion following the presentation.
